Implementation of Portable Automatic Tourniquet with High-Elasticity Biocompatible Strap

The most common screening techniques to diagnose a patient’s illness are blood collection and intravenous procedures. To find or injection site, conventional support tools, such as latex tubing buckle-type tourniquets, generally used compress the vessels. This passive method has significant problems allergy, vulnerability site contamination potential bloodstream infection, physical damage due improper use. overcome disadvantages of an automatic tourniquet with high-elasticity biocompatible strap was constructed. is designed automatically adjust length using motor control pressure according body dimensions patients. In order evaluate performance tourniquet, flow characteristics were analyzed ultrasound measurement system. results demonstrated that showed better compared those other tools.
